Chairman's Message - April 2026

As one character puts it in Downton Abbey, "If you're clear about your arguments, you can make things happen."

At our March Central Committee meeting, we heard from Sonoma County District Attorney, Carla Rodriguez. We also invited a few candidates to speak that evening. Afterwards our voting members voted on a number of State and County candidates. Check out our Facebook page for results & we will have something on our website soon.

Here is what we are doing in the County and the State:

• The weekend of April 10-12, about 11 of us from Sonoma County will be attending the California Republican Party (CRP) Convention in San Diego. We will be hearing from candidates, attending workshops & meetings and on the final day the delegates will vote for State Republican Candidates.
• On Saturday, March 28th, KPIX reached out to me and fellow GOP Chair, Nick Berg from San Francisco about our Republican response to the 'No Kings Rally'. Check out the 5pm and 6pm news from that evening featuring very quick snippets from our actual 15 min interviews.
• If you are interested in observing in the upcoming June 2nd Primary Election, please email us at electionintegrity@sonomacountygop.org. Then join us on our monthly zoom briefing (4th Wed of the month) to hear about our efforts. Next zoom is Wed, April 22nd at 6:30pm.
• Are you aware that we have several groups here in Sonoma County that meet monthly on zoom to share how we can collaborate with one another to reach voters? If you would like more information about these groups and their meetings/events, please email us at info@sonomacountygop.org.
