Chairman's Message- July 2023

Happy Independence Day!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for our Independence Day BBQ! Spending time celebrating America with fellow conservatives was a great time! A special thank you goes to Santa Rosa Police Chief John Cregan for joining us and leading a much needed conversation on local public safety. It was great to listen to State Assembly candidate Andy Podshadley and US Congressional candidates Tief Gibbs and Chris Coulumbe. 

On Wednesday July 19th, the Sonoma County Republican Party will host local meetings throughout the county. Please join a meeting near you. Here are the details:

The Sonoma County Fair is just around the corner. It runs from August 3rd thru August 13th. The fair represents a significant community outreach for the Sonoma County Republican Party and we need your help to be as successful as possible. If you are willing to volunteer, please email volunteer@sonomacountygop.org.

The 2023 Sonoma County Republican Convention will be held on Saturday, August 26th at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Attendees will participate in a 2024 Presidential Straw Poll and tell us who should be the next president. Republican US Senate candidates Steve Garvey and Eric Early have both been invited to speak as has local candidates for US Congress, State Senate and State Assembly. Plus, much more. Tickets are on sale now.
