Happy, Happy Birthday

Brookdale Paulin Creek senior living facility in Santa Rosa recently celebrated the birthday of 5 Centenarians.  Caroline Ramberg 100, Howard Callahan 100, Betty Sather 101, Zeta Manie 101, and Phyllis Clement 100.  All five of the residents gave their recommendations for a long and healthy life:  genetics of course helps; healthy living; family; patience; put others first in thought and action; care for other people.  All five appear to be mentally with the program.  Happy Birthday!
