If there is one thing everybody can agree on, it is that this is not a dull election year.  We have a President dropping out of the race but staying in office.  We have a Vice-President on the ticket who has not won a single vote.  We have one Vice-Presidential candidate who has had a long time love affair with China.  We have another Vice-Presidential candidate who has irritated some single women.  Can’t say politics is dull.

However, when we dig into the particulars of this election we always come to the question of Donald Trump and how some Republicans just can’t tolerate the man.  For many of these folks the Donald is just not dignified enough.  They want him to be like the Bushes and other Republican candidates who rarely if ever responded to all the insults, lies and attacks sent their way.  Well, that is just not Donald Trump.  He is a fighter who succeeded in the construction industry in New York where he had to deal with unions, politicians and the Mafia.  He is hard wired to fight attacks.  Of course, that is one of the reasons so many voters support him because they are tired of their candidates taking a lot of grief and never fighting back. 

Globalists hate Trump because he puts America first.  They are quite happy with open borders, endless wars, high energy prices, China-centric trade deals and World Trade Economic menus.  All of these issues mean a lot of money for some people.  Let’s not forget the Supreme Court.  The left believes that Judges who do not vote the way some of Trump opponents want should be removed from the court.  And of course, endless spending with money we do not have makes people feel good. 

Let’s not forget the abortion issue.  Many people are furious that the Supreme Court threw out Roe v. Wade. This of course is an indication of the ignorance of many Americans.  Roe v. Wade was created by judges.  Roe v. Wade is not in the constitution and the whole issue belongs in the states.  That is where the Supreme Court sent it.  Now, individual states have to decide on how they will deal with the abortion issue.

The current Democrat candidates support all of these issues regardless of where a major part of the country stands.  Unfortunately, the mainstream media does not report all of the news. Many voters in this country are not getting the truth about current events and all of the many nuances that are never reported. Some of those nuances deal with all of the legal cases that have been brought against Donald Trump.  People who scream that a felon should not be President either have ignored the issues in each case or are just ignoring the truth about these charges.  Again, the mainstream media has been very helpful in hiding the truth about these law suits.

A classic example of this bias is the reporting on the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. So far we know the Secret Service was not working up to par.  It appears that the assassin had all kinds of foreign connections which is not being widely reported.  Of course, the assassin has already been cremated.  Not many people seem to be concerned that this was a murder scene.

Corey Comperatore was murdered and two other people have sustained permanent damage. The mainstream media has basically moved on.  Wonder what the reaction would be if the attempt was on Joe Biden’s life.

Time for a question.  Where did all of the socialist thinking the country is flooded with now come from.  As noted in this newsletter before, the war against the United States and our constitution and way of government has been going on for a long time.  Here are some Communist rules for a successful revolution.

• Corrupt the young.  Get them interested in sex.  Make them superficial.  Destroy their ruggedness.
• Get control of all means of publicity.  Get people’s minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, continual use of cell phones and other trivia.
• Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance.
• Destroy the people’s faith in their leaders by holding them up to contempt and ridicule.
• Always preach true democracy but seize power as fast and as ruthlessly as possible.
• Encourage government extravagance, destroy its credit, produce inflation with rising prices and general discontent.
• Promote unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders and foster a lenient and soft attitude on the part of the government toward such disorders.
• By specious argument cause breakdown of the moral virtues, honesty, sobriety, continence and faith in the pledged word.       
• Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext with a view to confiscating them and leaving the population helpless.

So, let’s go back to Donald Trump.  Yes, he irritates some people.  Some of those people are Republicans.  Ladies and Gentlemen.  Pay attention.  Look at your options.  There is no real third party option.  No Donald Trump.  Then you have Camilla Harris and Tim Waltz.  This pair will do everything they can to implement the most liberal agenda with the government in total control. 

Memories can help us sometimes get our bearings.  The pandemic helped people to forget about how the United States was functioning during the Trump administration.  Here are a few issues that are very different in 2024.  Gas prices: jobs: closed borders: crime: possibility of war.

With Donald Trump we will have a President who is not at the beach every weekend but who is working for the citizens of the United States.  If you want to campaign against him, you will at least have some money to do so.
