Additional Candidate for Cloverdale City Council

There will be an additional candidate for Cloverdale City Council.  Nicole Garcia-Hinchliffe pulled papers and obtained the 30 signatures she needed and will be a write in candidate.  Nicole states she is looking for the endorsements of moms and pops the people I serve every day.
