Change Coming at Santa Rosa Junior College

Santa Rosa Junior College President Frank Chong announced plans to retire in the summer of 2023.  He will have been President at the college for 11 years when he leaves.  Dr. Chong started at the college in January 2012.  He looks forward to retirement when he can pursue personal pursuits including golf and travel.
