LEGISLATORS BELIEVE THAT PARENTAL RIGHTS DO NOT EXIST

Senators Scott Wiener and Richard Pan have introduced SB 866 which would authorize vaccine providers to administer Covid vaccines to children 12 years and older without parental consent. This will not take effect until all documentation about the vaccines is released.

Senator Pan has also introduced legislation mandating vaccines for all students in California from K through 12 upon FDA approval of the drugs.
