Update on Rohnert Park City Council

Vice Mayor Willy Linares on the Rohnert Park City Council resigned from his District 1 seat.

The Rohnert Park City Council interviewed three people who applied for the position and selected Samantha Rodriguez, a student and judicial assistant at Sonoma County Superior Court.  She will fill the seat for just over five months through the November 8th election when voters will elect someone to serve the remainder of Mr. Linares’ term that ends in 2024.
